Subscriptions
How it works
Choose Subscribe monthly on any product or stack before adding it to the cart. Your first order ships right away and the same order reships automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed. Single products are discounted 15% on subscription. Stacks keep their bundle price, so subscribing reships at the same price with no extra discount.
Billing
Your payment method is charged on the same date each month, one to three days before the order is packed and shipped. You receive an email reminder before each renewal with a direct link to make changes.
Managing your subscription
Open the subscription portal and enter the email address you used at checkout. A one time login link is emailed to you, so there is no password or account signup. From the portal you can skip a shipment, pause, change the delivery date or frequency, swap products, update your address, update your payment method, or cancel.
Skipping or pausing
Skipping moves your next shipment forward by one cycle and keeps the subscription active. Pausing stops shipments until you restart. Both are free and can be done as often as you like.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the subscription portal, with no fee and no minimum number of orders. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the next order is not already in processing. If you cancel after an order has been charged and packed, it ships as a normal order and no further charges are made.
Need help
If you cannot access the portal or you were charged for an order you meant to cancel, email Plumsupplements@gmail.com with your order number. We will sort it out and refund an unopened, unwanted renewal within our 30 day return window.
