Learn what's actually in your supplements.
We publish these guides so you can read any label, ours included, and decide for yourself. No hype, just the forms, the doses, and the questions worth asking.
Our approach is simple. Keep ingredient lists short, so there is less to second guess. Print every dose we can on the Supplement Facts panel, and where a label uses a blend, show the total amount and every listed ingredient. Have products third-party tested and made in GMP-certified facilities, and link to the documentation instead of asking you to take our word for it. These articles follow the same rule: explain what an ingredient is, what research has explored, how people typically take it, and who should check with a physician first. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here replaces a conversation with your healthcare professional.
